Mission Statement

SIG Technology-Enhanced Learning and Instruction addresses all issues around technology-enhanced and technology-based learning and instruction. Themes address fields of computer-based learning, e-Learning, computer-supported collaborative learning, design and evaluation of multimedia and hypermedia learning, ubiquitous computing and other areas. Targeted contexts are learning scenarios in schools, universities, the corporate world, and informal learning scenarios. The major aim of SIG Technology-Enhanced Learning and Instruction is to bring together researchers and other interested audiences worldwide and to contribute to a better understanding of basic and applied mechanisms of learning and instruction with technology.
