EARLI has hosted its biennial conference at universities and institutes for higher education across Europe since 1985. From 1995 onwards, the main EARLI conference is preceded by a JURE pre-conference aimed at early career researchers.

At the 18th Biennial EARLI Conference and the accompanying 23rd Conference of the Junior Researchers of EARLI, researchers in learning and instruction from all over the world came together to discuss current research findings.
