EARLI is moving to a new platform! This section aims to cover all matters pertaining to the new EARLI member platform.

New Platform in Autumn 2026
We are excited to announce that EARLI is transitioning to a new platform that will bring together membership, conference participation, and other EARLI activities in one place.
What does this mean for you?
- Your existing/current membership remains valid and will continue to be managed through the current platform (earli-eapril.org) until its expiry.
- For your 2027 membership, subscriptions will be purchased through the new platform(my.earli.org).
- Please create an account on the new platform. The current platform will close on 31/12/2026.
- EARLI 2027 submissions will also be managed through the new platform.
What do you need to do?
- Visit the new EARLI platform
- Create your account.
- Complete your profile.
- Use the new platform for EARLI 2027 submissions and future conference activities.
- Starting 01/01/2027, purchase your EARLI membership on the new platform.

- Do I need to create a new account?
- Yes, the new platform is a separate system, so all members will need to set up a new account as determined by GDPR, if they wish to wish to participate in future EARLI activities.
- How do I create a new account?
- Please download the user manual below for a a step-by-step guide on how to create an EARLI account on the new platform.
- What happens to my current membership?
- Your existing account/current membership remains valid and will continue to be managed through the current platform until 31/12/2026.
- Can I access my old membership information?
- You can contact the EARLI Office directly at info@earli.org to gain access to your old membership information.
- When can I purchase my next membership?
- New memberships and renewals will move to the new platform from 01/01/2027.
- How do I submit to EARLI 2027?
- Create/ Log in your account on the new EARLI platform
- Go to Conferences
- Select EARLI 2027
