The University of Graz (Austria) and EARLI are proud to announce the 21st Biennial Conference for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI 2025), which will be hosted at the University of Graz from August 25th until August 29th 2025. The theme of the conference “Realising Potentials through Education: Shaping the Minds and Brains for the Future” shall inspire interdisciplinary discussions on the multifaceted avenues through which education can contribute to the flourishing of each individual and the society.
The 21st Biennial EARLI Conference and the accompanying 29th Conference of the Junior Researchers of EARLI (23 – 24 August 2025) invites researchers in learning and instruction from all over the world to come together to discuss current theory and research evidence.
As submissions have now opened, we invite you to submit your work for presentation at the EARLI or JURE 2025 conference! You'll find all information about the submission process, formats and review in the submission guidelines included below. Submissions remain open until the 5th of November (midnight CET).
Please note that you may not submit the same study for both conference, so we invite you to carefully consider the scope and aims of each conference before deciding which one would best suit your work:
We also draw your attention to the fact that the JURE 2025 conference will be planned on Saturday and Sunday, while EARLI 2025 conference will run from Monday 25th - Friday 29th of August, with sessions planned until Friday evening (18:30 CEST). As we cannot accommodate individual scheduling requests, we kindly urge you to consider that your presentation - if accepted after review - may be planned on any of the conference days, including late afternoon on Friday.
We look forward to welcome you to Graz in 2025!
