Summer School - EARLI SIG01 2026

Summerschool

The Summer School will take place one day before the main conference on August 24th, in Utrecht. More information will follow soon.

The Summer School aims to:

  • Offer participants feedback on their research, opportunities to exchange insights with peers, and tailored workshops on theory, methodology, and content.
  • Create a forum for discussing key theoretical and methodological issues in assessment and evaluation.
  • Build an international network of junior and senior scholars, supporting early career researchers in joining the SIG1 community.

Submissions

Feedback Session

Your proposal must include the following:

  • An abstract of 100-250 words providing a concise overview of your PhD project

  • An extended summary (500-1200 words) describing your PhD project (including, background, objectives, methods, [expected] results, significance [for theory, policy, and practice], and references).

  • three (3) questions you would like to discuss with peers and experts during the summer school. These should highlight areas where you seek feedback, clarification, or collaboration.
